For those working in healthcare, every day requires the juggling of multiple priorities - from patient care to administrative tasks. While only some staff members may have "Project Manager" in their title, everyone manages complex projects … sometimes without even realizing it. Whether it's implementing a new EMR feature, streamlining clinic workflows, or coordinating interdepartmental initiatives, these are all projects that benefit from structured management approaches.

The Project Management in Health Care Microcredential is a series of four courses available to those looking to increase their understanding of project management terms, tools, and processes in a health care setting. At the end of each course, learners will receive a certificate of completion. Once learners have completed all four courses, they will receive a digital badge acknowledging the microcredential.

(Although the courses build on key project management concepts informed by the Project Management Institute and its body of knowledge, these courses do not fulfill the training requirements for PMP certification.)
